One of the components of the Internet connection on your computer is a built-in set of instructions called TCP/IP. TCP/IP can sometimes become damaged or corrupted. If you cannot connect to the Internet and you have tried all other methods to resolve the problem, TCP/IP might be causing it. Because TCP/IP is a core component of Windows, you cannot remove it. However, you can reset TCP/IP to its original ...state by using Reset-TCPIP.
The VPortPro Client is a software program designed to convert serial (RS232) data to the TCP/IP packets format and TCP/IP packets to serial data. While running on your PC, VPortPro Client can receive serial data from a serial port of your PC and then send them out to a TCP/IP network through a TCP/IP socket connection on your PC. VPortPro Client can also receive serial data from a TCP/IP network through ...a TCP/IP socket connection on your PC and send them to a serial port on your PC. VPortPro Client supports two transport data stream protocols: - Raw TCP - Telnet (with the features provided by the COM Port Control protocol specified by IETF RFC-2217) VPortPro Client functions as a TCP/IP client (for both the protocols), i.e. it will initiate and establish connection with remote systems (by sending connection requests), and then communicate with connected TCP/IP servers. As a TCP/IP client, VPortPro Client allows to establish connection to a single TCP/IP server for each serial port. Normally any data received through the TCP/IP port that it connects to will be transmitted out the serial port and any data received through the serial port will be sent back to the TCP/IP server. This enables fully bi-directional communications. So, VPortPro Client redirects COM port to a TCP/IP port and vice versa. Also with VPortPro Client, you can create "virtual serial ports". A virtual serial port (VSP) appears to application software as a "standard" MS Window''s communications port (virtually identical to an RS-232 port). Data may be written to VSP by applications, and data may be read from VSP as though it were a standard COM port. You can configure VPortPro Client to map TCP/IP ports onto virtual serial ports. This allows MS Windows applications to generate or consume data to and from VSP as though the data were being processed by physical hardware.
Cross-platform TCP/IP relay is intended for redirecting TCP/IP traffic to a specific remote IP address (or hostname) and port. El TCP/IP conmutador multiplataforma es un programa para transmitir datos a una remota direccion IP y puerto TCP.

COTI: copy over TCP/IP: easy to install and use file exchange tool between two peers.
SmartSniff allows you to capture TCP/IP packets that pass through your network adapter, and view the captured data as sequence of conversations between clients and servers. You can view the TCP/IP conversations in Ascii mode (for text-based protocols, like HTTP, SMTP, POP3 and FTP.) or as hex dump. (for non-text base protocols, like DNS) SmartSniff provides 2 methods for capturing TCP/IP packets : ...* Raw Sockets (Only for Windows 2000/XP or greater): Allows you to capture TCP/IP packets on your network without installing a capture driver. This method has some limitations and problems. * WinPcap Capture Driver: Allows you to capture TCP/IP packets on all Windows operating systems. (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003) In order to use it, you have to download and install WinPcap Capture Driver from this Web site. (WinPcap is a free open-source capture driver.) This method is generally the preferred way to capture TCP/IP packets with SmartSniff, and it works better than the Raw Sockets method.

HsTcp2Com is a communications application for Windows which allows to forward / bridge data between serial ports (RS232, bluetooth, IrDA, USB) represented as COM ports and TCP/IP connections or UDP/IP links. In the simplest scenario it is an COM port to TCP/IP converter, but it can bridge data between any combination of COM and UDP or TCP ports, with TCP ports in either client or server modes. Use ...HsTcp2Com to connect data collection devices such as modems, sensors, bar code scanners, meters, wireless devices, PBXes, any serial instruments to the serial ports of the PC and access that data from anywhere over an IP based network. Features * Unlimited number of links each interconnecting 2 ports in any combination shown above are able to operate concurrently * Any COM port to any other COM port (total 100 COM ports are currently supported) * COM port to TCP/IP (TCP client mode) * COM port to TCP/IP (TCP server mode) * COM port to UDP * TCP/IP client to UDP * TCP/IP server to UDP * TCP/IP server to TCP/IP client * UDP to UDP * Up to 32 links each interconnecting 2 ports in any combination shown above are able to operate concurrently * Automatic port re-connect of disconnected or failed ports * Program configuration for links and groups is stored in CSV files which can be edited both at program run time from within the application or offline externally before booting up the program Data Forwarding (packetization) Options: * Forward instantly on data receive * Forward on buffer full * Forward on inter-character timeout * Forward on frame end character Diagnostic and Statistics Functions: * Port status display * Port receive and transmit counters * Event log displayed on screen and saved to file * Data traffic trace in ASCII or HEX displayed and saved to disk file * Data traffic echo function (port loopback) * Data traffic generation function (specified buffer senton a timer) * Send specified single buffer function
The Serial-TCP program bridges your existing Serial COM port and TCP/IP without the need for changing existing protocol. It works seemlessly and transparently, just like a pair of passive RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 repeaters. The applications of the Serial-TCP program include extending serial (RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, and TTL, etc.) communication distance via TCP/IP; expanding the capability ...of your existing TCP/IP control software; and analyzing TCP/IP and COM network with the built-in ''Ping'', ''Resolve IP Address/Host Name'', ''COM Port State LEDs'', and ''Data Logging'' tools and features. The Serial-TCP program is also very helpful when you are developing your own TCP/COM control software. The Serial-TCP supports all major Windows OS, including Windows 8, 7, Vista, and XP, both 32 and 64 bits.
